Assessments can involve simple at-home tests, performance tests, wearable devices or blood tests. Any of these provide the data you need, and we walk through the process.

Resting Heart Rate (RHR) from 45 to 40
A lower RHR indicates a well-conditioned heart. Studies link lower RHR to a reduced risk of heart disease and overall mortality.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) from 46 to 78
